Mike Dooley, CEO of Labrador Systems, is a leading pioneer in home robots, working on some of the most successful products to hit the market. He started over 25 years ago as part of the skunkworks team that launched LEGO’s MindStorms educational robotics line, leading development of the first generation of products under the brand. Mike went on to help create and launch what is now iRobot’s Braava line of smart robotic mops, and helped develop the algorithms that Roomba uses to map and clean in millions of homes today. Mike co-founded Labrador Systems in 2017 to create a new category of assistive robots for that leverages the latest in computer vision and robotics to physically move items in the real world and help individuals in their daily activities.
