Sourced through highly selective nationwide pitch events, top startups join the accelerator program by invitation, and they receive tailored support through AARP research, consumer feedback, subject matter expertise, growth marketing, and UI/UX consultation. Upon graduation, startups become part of the AgeTech Collaborative Ecosystem, benefiting from knowledge-sharing, networking, and potential investment opportunities.
